Backstory

It was a hot summer night when I first received my letter. I was chilling with my grandmother in the back garden both reading our books, enjoying the warm night, the clear starry sky, the sound of crickets and the known smell of cloves and, well, summer nights. It was a surprise for both of us, when an owl flew just above our heads and left a letter in front us. My grandmother went inside to bring some water for the owl meanwhile I grabbed the envelope, tearing it open. The moment I read that I was accepted in Hogwarts I started screaming and running around the garden barefoot,along with my grandma coming outside panicked trying her best to calm me, and my fast beating heart down. That week I slept only a little, due to the excitement that was running through my body. Yet here I am, after a long and tiring trip, with Hogwarts express, to my beloved school and home. Hogwarts.
