Backstory

Growing up in a Muggle environment, I was considering taking the path for an art career. My parents were quite opposed to it, but then my letter came in the mail and I was moving into an entirely new world. I was sorted into Slytherin which was quite surprising to many of the people closest to me since I am known for a lack of ambition, but then again, my only ambition in life is to happy, and that is a greater ambition than most. Happiness can not only be elusive but also very hard to obtain. I excelled in most my classes except for potions. I was never great at understanding chemistry, and the professor was not the best to be honest. My favorite class was Charms, and it was there that I found that I could follow my passion for art in the magical world as well. I work mostly with older folk who want to sit for a portrait to preserve their memories for the next generations. I do experience an unfortunate spike in portrait orders during wars as people rush to write wills and sit for portraits. I also get some commissions for animated wallpapers or decorative pieces.
