Backstory

Hello hello!
My name is Samantha Inkwood, though if you know me, you can just call me Sam. I am proudly a Hufflepuff, and although the stereotype of us being quiet and kind is true, I am still willing to speak my mind. I am a pureblood, both my parents having graduated from Hogwarts as Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw respectively. I wish to become a healer or professor when I graduate, someone who isn't on the front lines of the wizarding world, but still able to help. Then again, owning a cute little shop in Hogsmeade would be nice too! I'd still get to see all of the students during their trips, and maybe help sneak some things in for the more mischievous types. My parents disagree with this idea, as my family generations have worked alongside the Ministry as aurors or other. I have a sphynx cat named Beatrix, though we all call her Bea or Beau. I give her cute sweaters in the colder seasons, and she is pretty well-known around the common room, as she loves to snuggle and sit by the fire. As for classes, I like to stay on top of things, and I juggle the variety of classes provided. I'm work best with Charms classes and a little bit of potions, oh, but I love plants. I keep some in my dorm and at my home, which I take care of during holidays! Least favorite class? History of magic - with no offence to the professor, of course! It is just a topic I find less interest in, especially as I have grown up in the wizarding world. Oh well! I only have so many years at Hogwarts, so I might as well make the most of it, right? If you ever want to talk, you can find me outside on most days, in my dorm, or in the common room with friends or Bea.
