Backstory

When I first received my letter, I thought it was a joke of some sort. Both my parents are muggles, and so is my little brother. When I read the letter I was sure that someone was joking with me. Maybe the kids from school or the boy just down the road, but for some reason, it all seemed so real. After a while, I showed the letter to my parents and at first, they didn't believe it. I don't know what changed their mind but, well here I am! When I first got to see Diagon Ally I was stunned! I had never seen anything so cool. And I decided to go get my wand as my first mission. I ended up getting a wand made out of laurel wood with a phoenix feather core. It was 12 3/4 long and it was not very flexible. I look forward to spending years at Hogwarts! I reckon it will be very much fun!
