Backstory

I am a proud Hufflepuff with so much to learn about magic! I know that Hufflepuff is the right house for me because I try my best to be a friend to all and to make everyone around me smile. The sorting hat made its decision almost immediately. Within my family most of us tend to be Hufflepuffs and some of my Wizarding friends got sorted there in the years before me so I knew that it was the house for me. My absolute favorite class is herbology but charms is such a close second. Astronomy has always been something exciting to me as well and I can not wait to learn more about defense against the dark arts. Potions is one of my least favorite classes but I still do fairly well in it. I am a half-blood; my mom is a witch who went to Hogwarts and my dad is a muggle but he is still very proud of the young witch that I am becoming. My greatest weakness is that I am too trusting and will fall for pranks and deceptions very easily. After I finish school I would love to come back and work at Hogwarts or if that does not work out I would love to work for the Ministry of Magic. Growing up with as a halfblooded has made me realize the importance of both wizardry and muggle practices. I have a cat named Ziggy who means the world to me and he has loved Hogwarts so far.
