Backstory

When I got my letter I was ecstatic. I always knew I was different and I never quite fit in with other kids. My parents are muggles and they didn't believe it at first but now they think it's pretty cool they have a witch in the family. I was sorted into Gryffindor almost immediately which surprised me 'cause I don't consider myself to be very brave but I fit in quite nicely with other Gryffindors. I'm mostly interested in DADA, Charms and Astronomy and also enjoy reading. If you don't know where to find me just try the library. I'm also a big fan of Quidditch even though I can't play very well. On my first trip to DIagon Alley my parents bought me an owl so that we could stay in touch during the school year. It's a Tawny owl and I named him Horus. He's been a great friend to me ever since. Before coming to Hogwarts I found out that muggle borns, such as myself have been discriminated throughout the history so I was kind of scared that I was gonna be bullied. But I wasn't. In fact no one evne cares that I'm muggle born. I realized that after the second wizarding war the discrimination against muggle borns died down and I'm very happy about that.
