Jute “Mosquito” Chlow

Backstory

An heir of an, in some sort, famous clan of the Chlow family, a great cop with highly developed verbal skills and a little overpowered tip of persuasion he is now here.

Since born in 1987 it was a matter of 4 years before his parents died in a car accident followed by him being left with only a small sister to trust in a harsh world. After finishing school and serving in army for over 10 years, he chose a simple role of a police department captain.

P.S.: The stars are not entirely sure why he's in Hogwarts so be careful.
