Backstory

Well. Here we are. Hi. I'm a student at Hogwarts. I'm a half-blood, and that doesn't make me any more or any less than any other student here. Anyways, my mum was the Muggle in the family. She didn't quite enjoy me running around with a stick, pretending to be a wizard like my dad, but we managed. My mum wasn't the most agreeable person, but I know she loved my dad and me with all her gosh-dang heart. That's why it hurt so much when she died...

My dad and I have been living with each other for the last two years now, and when I finally got my letter... whoo boy! That was a big sigh of relief. Anyway, I had to get a few loans from my friends, but we eventually got the money to pay for all my equipment. It's a bit sad that he has to work extra-extra hard to pay off our debts, but he says it's fine... I still help out during my breaks, though! He says that he's just really proud of me for making it into Hogwarts...

I like charms. Like, even though it's not as dramatic as other forms of magic, they're what keep wizards and witches living comfortably.
