Background: Shabina grew up knowing about magic. She wasn't extremely surprised when her letter came, but relieved. Her mother died when she was 6 years old and she was left to live with her abusive father. For four and a half, years she lived in terror of him. Once when she couldn't control her magic, she broke every bottle in the house. Her father was furious. He cast sectumsempra. From that day on, Shabina always tried to disobey him in little ways, her scar, which ran across her face and down her chest, reminded her that she had to rebel. However, these acts only resulted in injures from her father. When she received her acceptance letter, she was relieved. Finally, a way to get away from her father. The next month she ran away from home and lived in London with her aunt, Auntie Freya, and cousin, Pixel Watt. When the time came, she took the Hogwarts Express into the unknown life that lay ahead.
