Backstory

It was such a wonder when I received my Hogwarts letter. Just imagine, even with Ilvermorny, I was written down in the book for Hogwarts admission. I was sorted into Slytherin and quite quickly too. I have a suspicion it has to do with looking out for number 1. I've always been a bit ambitious. I know what I want, I know how I want it, and I know I won't stop until I get it. My favourite class, by far, is Potions. Although Charms comes in at a close second. I reckon as I advance through my career here at Hogwarts, I might even find others that pique my interest. I don't think any of them will replace Potions and Charms, though. Surprise me, Hogwarts.

I always thought that my least favourite subject would be History of Magic, but it's surprisingly quite fascinating. My least favourite has to be Astronomy. Ugh. How will I endure such a mundane course?

I'm a Pureblood wizard. This is rare these days and I don't expect this blood purity to extend in the future. However, I admit it's quite ... err ... convenient to be a Pureblood. It's privilege and everyone knows privilege is how you get what you want the way you want it. After graduation, I think I would very much like to work at the Ministry of Magic in London in the Department of Mysteries. Barring that, I suppose some spellwork or Potioneering wouldn't be a half-bad alternative.
