Backstory

I Leigha Eden Peverell got my Hogwarts letter on the 1st of June. It wasn't a surprise I already knew I was magical as my mother is a pureblooded witch and my father was a half-blood with a pureblood father and a muggleborn mother, making me a first-generation pureblood. My first accidental magic occurred when I was 4 years old, and I turned the birds on my dress real, after that my mother started teaching me mind magics and magical theory. At 7 I started learning how to prepare potions ingredients, identify magical plants and animals, and learn how to use and identify runes. I also started learning Latin, Greek, and French as is common in my family. As a high standing family, I was invited to several social gatherings a year and I soon became acquainted with Kennedy Gale, Alexandra Alsaid, Brielle Whidborne and Lydia Forsyth. As soon as I got my Hogwarts letter my parents took me to Diagon alley to get my Hogwarts things, where we encountered Brielle and her family. We shopped for our potions ingredients, equipment, and robes at Diagon alley and then rounded back to a small second-hand bookshop in Knockturn alley. The second-hand bookshop has so many fascinating books that you can't get somewhere like flourish and blots, some of them are even handwritten or have corrections and notes in the margins, which are incredibly helpful once you decipher which notes are actually legitimate. My parents had us go to America to get my wand because apparently they are more experimental than British wandmakers. My wand is a mix of Elm and Ebony wood with a Thunderbird tail feather core, not very common but good for curses, transfiguration, and magical runes. It was made by Shikoba Wolfe an American wandmaker. On the way to Hogwarts, I sat with Kennedy and Lydia and none of us could find Brielle and Alexandra. Once we arrived at Hogwarts I alongside Kennedy and Alexandra was sorted into Slytherin while Brielle went to Hufflepuff and Lydia went to Gryffindor
