Backstory

Being the first Ravenclaw in the family has his perks and disadvantages. I come from a half-blood family, my dad being a muggle-born and my mum a half-blood. My mum is a Slytherin, my dad is a Hufflepuff, and my older brother is a Slytherin, so when they found out that I was sorted into Ravenclaw they were surprised. Although, it should have made sense. I was always much more quiet and mostly took part in intellectually stimulating or creative tasks. My parents were convinced that I would be a Hufflepuff because I had a knack for being upset when people would liter. I would even go around and pick up any trash I saw laying on the ground and then throw it away. They sure do love their stereotypes... They don’t mind that I’m in Ravenclaw, which is probably based on the fact that they come from two different houses. When my little brother came to Hogwarts in my third year, he was sorted into Gryffindor, which made a lot of sense to me. I couldn’t stand his loud and obnoxious behavior that often disrupted my reading.

I think I’ve decided that I’m just going to do whatever makes me happy and do my own thing for a while without choosing things that would make my family happy.
