Backstory

I was born to a slightly wealthy pureblood family in America, but my family moved to Birmingham, UK, when I was 6 years old. Therefore I was able to attend Hogwarts. I was sorted into Ravenclaw, house of the wise, and fit in well with the other students. But when my 3rd year hit, Harry Potter began attending. I got very interested in the Dark Arts, too interested. I excelled in DADA, Charms, and Potions, but was slightly overwhelmed in Arithmancy. I graduated 4th in my class with 6 NEWTS. I never had pureblood ideology, but my family did. When Voldemort rose to power, I didn't follow them. They abandoned me and cut off my money. I worked in the Hogs Head for two years until the battle of Hogwarts, when I joined the Order in the fight against Voldemort. I was connected through Aberforth Dumbledore, my boss. My skills in the dark arts helped me defeat lesser known death eaters. My brother, who had become a Death Eater, switched sides during the war and was ultimately killed by them. I avenged his death and went on with the battle. After the battle ended I was approached by the Ministry for a job in Magical Law Enforcement. I declined to become an Auror, instead opting to become a hit wizard. My knowledge of the Dark Arts keeps me alive in the field. I had close encounter with death when fighting escaped Azkaban prisoner, Augustus Rookwood. We began our battle in the muggle town of Galway where he was found torturing two muggles. The fight nearly lost me my life. I do not believe in just light and dark, there is a grey area. I belong in the grey. My husband (Adrian Wiltshire) was a Slytherin who was two years above me in Hogwarts. He fought with the Order during the BoH. We have one younger child, a son named after my deceased brother.
