Backstory

Hello everyone! My name is Elizabeth Oakley and I grew up in London, England. I can assure you that being invited to attend Hogwarts came as a shock. The entirety of my family consisted of muggles, and my magical abilities were considered remarkable. As soon as I found out, I started researching and learning all I could about magic and I expected to be sorted into Ravenclaw because of my attachment to academics. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was sorted into Hufflepuff as kindness is a virtue often underestimated and I comprehend the placement after further contemplation of the topic. I haven't quite placed my finger on my favorite subject just yet. Despite this, I presume I will be fond of History of Magic because I greatly enjoyed my Muggle history classes. Additionally, I've always had a strong affinity for animals, so I believe Care of Magical Creatures will be much fun during later years. My excitement to begin my first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is indescribable!
