Backstory

I was sorted into Ravenclaw, although the hat was contemplating on sending me to Slytherin. I am a half-blood, but my family isn’t one to care about that sort of thing anyways. I just started my first year and my favourite subject is Charms, as I find it really interesting, but Defense Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration come close as well.
After I finish school, I’m looking to work in the Ministry of Magic, as I really want to make a difference. I might be an Auror, but I’m not sure yet.
I have a tawny owl (called Cadena) as a pet, and she is (almost always) reliable and sweet. I also have a twin brother called James, who is in Hufflepuff, and a younger sister who called Hannah, who is a Slytherin. I also really enjoy flying, and hope to become a Chaser for my team next year.
My parents are Felicia and Richard Lynes. My mum is a professional Quidditch player, and my dad works for the Ministry as an Auror. He’s one of the reasons I’m inspired to work there.
