Backstory

Hi, I’m Laura. I was born into a prominent wizarding family, and I’ve known about Hogwarts basically since birth. Growing up, I had to cope with a lot of self-imposed pressure. Both of my parents had gotten high marks, were standout stars in Quidditch, had become prefects, and excelled at everything they did during their time at Hogwarts. I am somewhat grateful for the high exceptions as they inspire me to succeed. Before coming to the school, I had already read practically every magical book there was, and I couldn’t wait to start my classes. Still, I’m quite nervous because I don’t think I’m smart enough to become even half as great of a wizard as my generation prior. Although, you wouldn’t notice any of this on the surface as I typically hide my emotions with a cheery and humorous disposition.
