Backstory

I was sorted into Gryffindor, I'm not sure myself why the Sorting Hat made that selection, Gryffindor is a kind house so I'm excited to be in it, but I was a hatstall, I was very nervous, but I expected to be put into Ravenclaw? I enjoy all the classes, I'm fascinated by everything at Hogwarts, but I especially like defense against the dark arts. I am also a muggleborn, but I don't care, I don't listen to others, their opinions don't affect me, but they can get in my head sometimes. I actually live in Australia so I wasn't in the UK when you-know-who rose to power, but I did begin Hogwarts when the action began. I'm not sure what I'm strong and weak in, I am a bit squeemish so that doesn't help when I'm in situations with bugs, but other than that I'll try most things? After school I have no idea what I want to do, I always think I know but then I just change my mind or just get lost, but I love the idea that I get to surround myself with magic, it's something that is fascinating in every way, I can do ANYTHING, honestly I'm just speechless on this topic, I'm not sure what I really want, but I want to have people I can trust and a love portion to my life. I have had pets in my life, but they keep on leaving, I actually have an owl, he's the best, his name is Kiki, he's very playfull and he'll always protect me, kind of like an older sibling. My family is all over the place, I only live with my sister, she's my best friend, and my parents live on the other side of the world, so I'm pretty independent! My sister was super supportive with me going to Hogwarts, she would've loved to be a witch, but my parents on the other hand don't really understand.
