Ophelia Ruvik

Backstory

I, Ophelia Ruvik, am the product of two former Death Eaters. My parents had been loud advocates for Lord Voldemort, not once understanding that he was misguiding them for his own gain. When the Battle of Hogwarts came around, my parents no longer wanted part of it. They didn't want to harm children, or kill anyone. Their crimes had been petty theft and lies. There were greater evils than them. After the war was over, they decided to live somewhere quiet until they had me. Still worried about how others would view me, they kept me out of school until I turned 25. I'm 26 now, and hopefully I can help show others that not every Death Eater was horrid.
With Voldemort gone, and Hogwarts saved to live another day, my parents felt safe enough to live their lives peacefully again and had me. While I am well versed in hexes and can create a powerful potion, I also enjoy divination, astronomy, mythology, and muggle studies! Defense against the dark arts comes as second nature to me.
