Backstory

I was sorted into Hufflepuff because I have a deep-rooted love of helping others and love for all types of people! The hat stalled for just a moment choosing between Ravenclaw and my love of learning and truth and what would eventually become my house, Hufflepuff. I love Care of Magical Creatures, Herbology, Potions, and, of course, Muggle studies in school. I am a half-blood; my mother is an Auror and my father is a muggle. He taught English in America before we came back to Europe. My family fled to live with my father's family in America when Voldemort rose to power and I was born there in 1995. My mother transferred over the work for the American Wizarding Government before we moved back to Europe so that I could start at Hogwarts. The was never any question I would attend Hogwarts, even though most of my friends attended Ilvermorny. I love Hogwarts so much, I plan to come back after graduating to teach Muggle Studies if possible, since my time in America and my muggle heritage give me a unique view of the muggle world and how to understand it as a magical person. It has been a real honor and privilege to be a student at Hogwarts; this school truly is everything I ever wanted it to be. When not at Hogwarts for the school year, I am living in Godric's Hollow with my best friend, Penny, and our various pets and roommates that come in and out from travels! We love to host travelers and are more of a bed and breakfast than a regular household! My parents live next door but love to give me the freedom to be myself!
