Backstory

What Hogwarts House were you sorted into, and why did the Sorting Hat make that selection?
My name is Madeleine Tunell and I am a proud Slytherin and first-year. My mom was a Slytherins and she past down her beliefs about ambition to me.

Were you a hatstall (where it took the Sorting Hat a long time to decide) or was the decision immediate?
I was a hatstall and the hat was hesitant between Slytherin and Hufflepuff.

What classes do (or did) you like the most?
I enjoy potions, transfiguration, and outside of school, art.

Which did you like the least?
Arithmancy isn’t my favorite.

Any classes you did well in but didn’t particularly enjoy?
I do well in Muggle Studies and enjoy the curriculum but, the teacher can be boring at times.

Are you a muggleborn, a half-blood or pureblood?
Half-Blood

How has your blood status affected your life in the Wizarding World?
It doesn’t, my parents do not treat squibs or muggles differently.

If you were in the UK during either time He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named rose to power, what was that like?
My parents were and fought in the Battle of Hogwarts

What is your greatest strength?
Achieving goals and am outgoing

More importantly, what is your greatest weakness?
I find myself to often think I am “too extroverted”

What are you looking to do after you finish school?
I want to be an auror like my mother was.

What do you feel is the most fascinating aspect of magic?
Potions is so interesting.

Do you want to use magic to help others, or to further your own ends?
A combination of both.

If you are being honest with yourself, what do you really want?
I want to find large successes and find love.

Do you have any pets?
At school I do not. My older sister has a ginger cat and at home we have to dogs, Cody and Luna.
