Olivia Tunell

Backstory

My name is Olivia Tunell and I am a proud Hufflepuff and third-year. I am 13 years of age I was a hatstall and the hat was hesitant between Slytherin and Hufflepuff. Out of my core classes, my favorites are Astronomy, DADA, and Charms. Out of the five electives I take part in my favorites are Arithmancy and CoMC. I strongly dislike HoM and am not. I do well in both Flying, when I was a first-year, and Herbology. Even though I enjoy Professor Longbottom, I think the subject is a little dull. I am a Half-Blood with a Muggle-Born father and a pretty badass pure-blood mother. My father was in the year above Harry Potter and met my mom in his sixth year, even though they did not start dating until the summer after my mom graduated. My mother was a Slytherin in Harry Potter's year and befriended a couple Hufflepuffs in the year above her, and met my father through her friends. I have three sisters, MadeIeine, two years younger than me and a Slytherin, Sydney, four years younger than me and has yet to receive her Hogwarts letter. My final sister was Emily, five years younger than me and passed away from Dragon Pox when she was only one and a half years old. I was not alive during the time of Voldemort but both my parents were and both fought alongside the DA during the Battle of Hogwarts. Many say, including Headmistress McGonagall, that my greatest strength is my lack of greed or desire of things, which is most likely how I was sorted into Hufflepuff. My mother says I am quite naive sometimes. After I’ve finished school I would like to either become a Chaser in a professional Quidditch team or found my own Magic Hospital to help those like my sister Emily. Charms and DADA are the areas of magic that I find the most interesting. I find the good in magic is the most valuable part, as I have so much respect for Healers. I desire to help others with my magical intelligence. In my future, I want mild success for myself and to start a family. I got a ginger cat for my 13th birthday. Her name is Amber. Amber is very quiet and enjoys my roomates pet toad. She often surrounds me when I study. My family is “house split” where one half are Hufflepuffs, me and my dad, and the other are Slytherins, my sister and my mom, but it doesn’t get in the way of our family. In fact, my family often joke around on what house my sister Sydney will be in. My want is a 11 ¼ inch Ash wood wand with mild flexibility. My wand is a dual core wand with Demiguise Hair and Thunderbird Feather cores respectively.
