Jean Harris

Backstory

Hi, I am Jean Harris! I was born to purebloods, Matilda and Cesar Harris on October 7, 1980. I have an older brother named Diego Harris who is two years older than I am. My dad was a death eater while my mom supported my dad but didn't want anything to do with the Dark Lord. I lived it Wiltshire right next door to the Malfoy's (our parents were best friends growing up). I was sorted into Hufflepuff house my first day of Hogwarts and my parents swore it was a mistake made by the sorting hat because my family is from a long line of Slytherins. I am in Harry Potter's year along with Draco Malfoy. When we were younger, me are Draco were inseparable, we were the best of the besets friends. Up until my first day at Hogwarts when I got sorted into Hufflepuff, Draco said he didn't want to be friends with a Hufflepuff so he bullied me up until 4th year. I didn't have many friends at Hogwarts but I was really close with Hermione and Luna. Draco stopped bullying me in 4th year because his parents found out and we basically had to pretend during my bullying years that everything was fine. We made up and became friends again but we couldn't show it at school. I was sort of close with Draco's friends (except for that evil girl Pansy Parkinson) but again we didn't show it at school. Draco's friend Blaise Zabini asked me to the yule ball in 4th year because Draco couldn't expose his friendship with me so I agreed. In 5th year Draco thought it was silly now that we had to pretend we were friends so he starting hanging out with me at school in front of people, but honestly those people weren't surprised (I didn't know why). Draco admitted he had a crush on me, and he had for a very long time. He asked me out that year and I said yes. We dated for those next couple years up until the year that the Battle of Hogwarts took place. We had to decide what had to happen so we chose to stay together but we had to keep our distances for a while because he was always away with his father doing who even knew what at the time (that's when I found out he got his death eater tattoo). I wasn't very happy with him because I didn't want to become a death eater but I still stood by his side. After the war, we got married privately and we have a son named Scorpius. I currently work at the Ministry trying to make the wizarding world great.
