Backstory

(Dragonologist) Dragons are among the most dangerous and magical of creatures in the world, wizarding or otherwise. I was first intrigued by them when noticing all the similar stories around the world and through the centuries. Dragons come in a variety of temperament, style and color. While they can be persuaded to tolerate a Witch or Wizard’s presence, their mood can be quite the fickle thing. But, once they know your true self and feel trust, you have a lifelong friend.
Can you blame them for being irritated, shy and defensive? Always being hunted, feared or blamed for "accidents" by those who don't understand their magical powers. Muggles always ask, if they are (or were) real, why aren't skeletal remains found?
Why? Because they no longer trusted the non-magical world...NO RESPECT ! They retreated to safety and stay only in the Magical World. Dragons that didn't make it to safety were caught and ground up for medicinal purpose. Their magical souls leaving for the last journey towards the stars.
Dragons makeup only a partial skyward illumination...many other Magical creatures souls reside in our beautiful night skies.
So, whenever in doubt about magical creatures, you only have to look up at night to see their wonderment.
Hopefully, you can find a dark, clear and quiet place away from the Light pollution and noise pollution! Then the magic begins!
If you are lucky, you might catch a "soul" speeding across the night sky to its final destination!
