Backstory

Hello, I'm Kathleen. But most people just call me Kat. When I graduate from Hogwarts, I'd like to work at the Ministry of Magic as an Auror. I'm 25, and a pureblood, not that it even matters. I'm the oldest child in my family and my brother has just started at Hogwarts. He wants to become a Spell Breaker. My sister stays at home with my mother mostly. I'm very protective of her.

I was sorted into House Hufflepuff. Although, it took the Sorting Hat quite a long time to decide. I was almost sorted into Slytherin, funny enough. Odd, I know! But I was full of ambition and determination. I was also full of kindness and compassion. The Sorting Hat told me that I was sorted into Hufflepuff because, in life, my heart would always win over my ambitions. Well, the Hat was certainly right about that. I'm very proud that I'm a Hufflepuff now, regardless of what everyone else says about my House.

My favorite classes at Hogwarts are Charms, Potions, and Defense Against the Dark Arts. Everyone always hates Professor Snape, but he can be pleasant if you simply pay attention in class and do the work properly. My Patronus is a Dolphin. I love that because the ocean is my favorite place to be. My boggart, I suppose, would be either my own dead corpse or darkness, meaning that my biggest fear is the unknown.
