Backstory

I grew up on an island that's been in my family for generation after generation, we have always cared for magical creatures, rehabilitating and raising them until they could be released or left to roam safely on the island. It was like a sanctuary for lost and mistreated animals, and I learned almost everything there is to know about magical creatures there.

When I was nearing my third year of Hogwarts, over the summer, I suffered from a serious injury that left me permanently unable to walk. I wasn't going to let that slow me down though, and learned to adapt to doing my jobs on the island as well as giving it my all at school, despite my handicap. I've always wanted to one day teach Care of Magical Creatures, but until then, I'm happy just travelling where I'm needed to help people with any animal related problems they might have.
