Appearance: Sabrina has unusual beauty. She hasn’t got traditional features of typical beauty but it is unavoidable to notice that she is naturally a perfect specimen. She is pale with flawless, glowing skin. Her nose has a sprinkle of light freckles in the summer but these only add to her naturally mischievous glamour. Sabrina has large bright green eyes, which are deep set only adding to her aura of cunning beauty. Lithe, slender and soft, Sabrina has a figure that matches her personality – desirable but uniquely her.


Personality; Sabrina is a very internally hateful person. She has a great sense of doubt and insecurity ingrained within herself and because of this has constructed a personality in which she can have the school hating to love her and loving to hate her. The archetypal Slytherin, she is cunning, sly, inventive and self-preserved. She does not often act without calculating each detail to the finest degree. Her actions are always plotted around a greater ideology. Sabrina is easily irritated by those who know how to do so; something which only comes with years of acquaintance due to her reserved manner. She can be terribly cruel, sometimes for no visible reason. She is generally quite charismatic even when being her morally dubious self and keeps in good graces with Slytherin students and quite a few boys from other houses.

Skills and Abilities

Magic- Sabrina is a naturally talented, fiercely competitive witch. She is unreasonably proficient at both magical theory but her true skills lie in combative magic where she has been noticed as one of the most powerful witches of her generation. Her offensive magic skills rival and possibly surpass most of her peers and those older than her. She is possibly most skilled in curses and high-level magic that most students have never even heard of. She has also attempted to create spells herself, somewhat unsuccessfully so far.

Non-Verbal/Wandless Magic- Sabrina is a practiced user of non-verbal magic, able to use most spells non-verbally and able to have that advantage combatively. Whilst attempting wandless magic, Sabrina has only been able to use a few spells so far but due to her age she has not had significant change to practice this ability.

Acting/Lying- Sabrina is an excellent liar, able to manipulate any situation to the way she wants without the slightest hint of suspicion from any party. Her charm, social skills and good looks allow her to often have anyone eating out of the palm of her hands within minutes of acquaintance. This has so far come in useful during her and Ranulf’s detective work and concealing her growing feelings for the Gryffindor himself.

Occlumency- Sabrina is skilled in Occlumency, easily able to conceal her thoughts and memories from any Legilimens. This was developed after years and year of being the unruly adopted child of known Legilimens Gerald Silverstone.

Patronus- Sabrina initially struggled casting a patronus due to a lack of happiness in her life, especially in her time before Hogwarts. Whilst a non-corporeal Patronus she managed to get in her fourth year, it took her until her sixth year before she was able to cast a corporeal Patronus – somewhat feebly.

Family and Relations
Sabrina Absinthe Silverstone was born in London, England to Esmerée and Wolfe Alvah. Sabrina grew up mostly alone, her parents part of several significant dark wizard societies which took up most of their time. Thus, Sabrina has very few memories of her parents, even at this point not remembering their names or faces due to being so young. At around three years old, when Sabrina was barely old enough to speak and interact due to her neglect as a child, she was abandoned by Esmerée who left her on the doorstep of an elderly pureblood distant relative. However, a few months after she was taken in by this relative the old woman died and Sabrina was collected by the Ministry officials and placed under the care of two high-up half-blood ministry officials Darla and Gerald Silverstone. Her surname therefore is not her birthname and Sabrina knows nothing about Esmerée Alvah and Wolfe Alvah, her real parents who are infamous in the Wizarding World for acts of cruel and dark magic. Sabrina has spent most of her teenage life thinking about what she was destined to become and the parents she never knew. The little she remembers of her life before the age of three is fragmented and oddly cloudy. Esmerée and Wolfe are now high-ranking members of the wraiths, unbeknownst to Sabrina.

Darla and Gerald Silverstone are kind, wealthy people who do everything they can to support Sabrina. However, their household is often in constant uproar about the actions and behaviour of Sabrina at and outside of Hogwarts - to say nothing of the pure resentment the pureblood Sabrina has for her 'impure' adoptive parents.
Despite the latter part of her upbringing being relatively normal and pleasant, Sabrina's resentful nature and tendency to reject her adoptive parents has drawn her into the path of darkness. Several dark wizarding faculties have already tried to recruit Sabrina despite her age, to which she has hesitantly declined. However, her fascination for the dark arts could be completely attributed to her desire to know and find the parents who left her behind.

The young Slytherin is unaware of the neglect and suffering she experienced under her parents, although the ministry is somewhat aware of how the Alvah's had treated their daughter but refused to get involved due to the family's notoriety for blood supremacy. Sabrina was used for practice when she was a toddler for memory charms and hexes which in their frequency and increasing severity may be to blame for her clouded memory of her first few years.
