Backstory

NEKO JAMES FREECS

His name is Neko James Freecs and he was born in Osaka, Japan.
"Neko " means cat in Japenese. His parents really loved cats and it's now his favourite animal.



His father: Akira Freecs was a famous seer
Akira was born in Kyoto, Japan where all his family lives.
He loved Divination and saw early that he was a real Seer.
He died at 99 years old because someone refused his future and didn't accept the truth.


His mother: Yuuki Freecs was a journalist.
She was born in London, England but went to Tokyo when she was 20.
When she returned to London, she has been hired by the Quibbler.
She died at 110 of natural causes.

When he was a child his parents decided to go to London.
He went to Hogwarts and was sorted into Ravenclaw!


Studies
He succeeded his Arithmancy N.E.W.Ts, Divination N.E.W.Ts and Charms NEWTs.
After that, he decided to do Arithmancy studies. He finally decided to become an Arithmancer all over the world.
He became an Arithmancer in Tokyo at 30 years old and went all over the world until 60 years old. At 60 years old, his old friend Ito was the Mahoutokoro headmaster and invited him to be the Mahoutokoro Arithmancy teacher. So, he accepted.
He was a Mahoutokoro teacher until now.


Job
When he was an Arithmancer, he studied the properties of the number 3.
He discovered that the perfect trios were a key to break a lot of new curses and predict the future in the hardest moments.
He was the official Arithmancer of the Japan minister of magic.

Love
When he was 30 he met a girl who did Arithmancy studies to become a curse breaker.
He was in love with her, but she was so determined to become a curse breaker and never wanted someone to smash her dreams, she refused and died in a curse breaker mission 10 years later.
Neko was so sad and never wanted to have a wife or children.



1st Travel
He was 31 when he travelled for the first time as Arithmancer. He has been to New York, he wanted to know more about the US Arithmancy and the US rules with the muggles. He quickly saw that the muggles were not really appreciated by United states wizards.
He met an Arithmancer: John Molton who was studying the properties of the number 9.
US wizards didn't know a lot about Arithmancy, he was more a professor than a student.
He didn't like to see their relationship with the muggles and quickly left this country.



2nd travel
He was 33 he decided to go to France. He wanted to discover this country that he had never seen before. The problem was he never spoke French before. He went to Paris for 2 days and 1 night but he knew it was impossible to find an Arithmancer there. This city was gorgeous and he didn't find one. After that, he decided to go to the Pyrénées to see the school of Beauxbaton and met their Arithmancy teacher.
He apparated in the Pyrénées and walked until seeing this beautiful castle. He knew it could be difficult to come into the castle.
She let me come into the castle but it was impossible to sleep there. I met the Headmaster who was a very kind person.
The Arithmancy teacher was a very old person.
He taught him how to better interpret the meaning of numbers.
He saw how French people were very kind with muggles and the muggle studies was a very important subject for them.
He loved France but I just stayed a week there.
