Kate LaBelle

Backstory

The LaBelle family is small pureblooded family but well known in their small corner of France. They are known for their fair looks and and somewhat antisocial demur. The current main line of the LaBelles leads down to Stratus, his wife, Opal, their son, Niall, and their twin daughters, Grace and Kate. The LaBelles sent Niall, their heir, to Beauxbatons to learn etiquette something Hogwarts sorely lacks. The twins on the other hand were sent to Hogwarts to please Opal as her family had gone there for generations. This is where I come in. I am the amazing Kate Topaz LaBelle, twin of the equally amazing Grace Alexandrite LaBelle. A few facts about myself and my sister, we are almost inseparable and both equally as gorgeous, we also stick to ourselves most of the time. I spend a lot of time brushing and styling my long, chestnut colored hair. Honestly I'm a bit insecure about meeting my family's beauty standard, yet Grace always assures me I do. We look almost identical with our chestnut hair reaching our lower backs, a light dusting of freckles across our noses and ice blue eyes. Grace is more outgoing than me, I prefer to stick to just our family and anyone who gains our trust. Looking into my future I could see myself as a healer or doing something with Magical Creatures. I look forward to Potions and Charms, and cannot wait until third year to start Care of Magical Creatures. When I got my Hogwarts Letter, of course I knew it would arrive, seeing as Maman told me. I didn't actually know how much I would have to change about my life. My family is more modern than most of the Wizarding World, we tend to use the muggle pencils and pens as opposed to quills. I had learned how to use a quill when I was young, but never really used the skill until I came here. I acquired my wand, it's Spruce wood with a dragon heartstring core and 13 1/4 inches. Maman and Papa got Grace and I pets as a present. I got a beautiful silver tabby British Longhair cat named Cendre and Grace got a Great Grey Owl named Arrol. Au revoir, Kate LaBelle
