Louisa is an only child, born in the county of Carlow in Ireland to a young muggle couple, Irene and Jeremiah Brookes. She began muggle primary school aged four and struggled to fit in due to her introverted nature, but the few friends she had were so important to Louisa that she was torn between Ireland and the magical world when her Hogwarts letter arrived as a surprise on her 11th birthday. Of course, she ultimately decided to move to the UK to attend Hogwarts, knowing that she would be able to find friends that understood her there and with hopes to start on a fresh, more confident slate at her mystical new school. Being the epitome of a Hufflepuff, Louisa was delighted to be sorted among such kind and caring students in her house and soon started buying yellow versions of every piece of clothing she liked, in order to show her pride. She currently dreams of being a Healer once she graduates Hogwarts, as long as she can get over being squeamish in time!
