Backstory

Serenity grew up in a pureblood family, all of whom dislike Muggle-borns. To her family, there is no place in the wizarding world for them. Purebloods are superior. Serenity developed a mind of her own from a young age and it expanded when she attended Hogwarts at age 11, meeting and befriending the muggle-borns. To her, they were just like any other wizard. It wasn’t their fault what family they were born to. For the first year, Serenity lied to her parents about being friends with any muggle-borns, though the truth came out and they were very disappointed in her. It didn't change her views and sometimes she spoke up against her parents, but often it was best to just bite her tongue. They prefered her company to be of those purebloods in her house. Despite this, she is a Slytherin through and through. Sarcastic, smart, ambitious, passionate, loyal, fierce.
