Sybill Kettleburn

Backstory

Hi, I'm Sybill Kettleburn, distantly related to the famous... or maybe infamous... Hogwarts Care of Magical Creatures professor Silvanus Kettleburn. Our branch of the family immigrated to the US many, many years ago. I won't go into the nasty details of why here. :::finger on lips::: I started my education at Ilvermorny and was sorted into the Horned Serpent house. Dad, Finnius Kettleburn, and Mom, Olympe Prewett Kettleburn, managed to land work at the Ministry of Magic. So I transferred to Hogwarts in my fifth year and finished my magical education there. I was sorted into Ravenclaw, of course. Studying and learning anything new is something I excel at! Potion and Charms were two classes I excelled in and enjoyed, but it was my high scores in my favorite class, Care of Magical Creatures, that I'm most proud of. The ol' limb doesn't fall far off the tree in this family... even if you're distantly related. :::grinning::: I graduated from Hogwarts in my eighth year as an above average student, of course. After graduating, I received a job offer from the Magical Menagerie. I'm working there now as one of the helpers and hope to run a shop of my own someday. I love caring for and working with all the magical creatures. So when you're in Diagon Alley, stop by and say 'Hi!' We're on the north side not too far from Charing Cross Road.
