Backstory

I received my Hogwarts letter 4 years ago, I'm a muggleborn, so at first I didn't believe it and thought it was a prank from my brother. When I realized it wasn't, I got really excited and only spoke about Hogwarts for about a month. The best day of my life was when I went to Diagon Alley for the first time and got my wand, my school robes and the rest of my school supplies. My brother was really jealous when I got my wand, but I could tell he felt really happy for me. The best part was when I convinced my parents to buy me a little black kitten to take with me to Hogwarts. I named him Midnight, and he has been with me ever since. When I finally got to Hogwarts, I got sorted into Ravenclaw, even though the hat took a long time deciding whether to sort me into Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff. I loved nearly all classes, but my favourite were transfiguration, charms, and potions. My least favourite class was history of magic. In third year, I chose arithmancy and ancient runes for my optional classes, and they are also two of my favourite subjects, even though they require a lot of hard work. I still don't know for sure what I want to do after I graduate, but I think I want to either be an Auror or work at the Ministry.
