Maia grew up in a small town in Scotland. her mother's a witch but her dad is a muggle. Maia and her sisters didn't know about magic while they were children until one day when her older sister got a letter from Hogwarts and their mother explained everything to them and their father. at first her father was shocked but he got used to living with 4 witches. Maia's mother told her that she also saw signs of magic in her sisters and her when they were younger, but Maia's was the strongest. Finally,one summer afternoon a owl with a letter from Hogwarts attached to it's leg came for Maia. she was super excited to start going to school with her sisters!before she started school Maia's mum bought her an elf owlish she could keep in touch with her while at school. she brought owls for her sisters before they started as well,brielle having a snowy owl and Emily a screech owl. Maia loves her owl very much. Maia comes from a long line of Hufflepuffs (on her mum's side of course lol) so it wasn't much of a surprise was she was sorted into Hufflepuff. she was happy to be with her sisters! Maia loves learning magic. Maia is a chaser on the Hufflepuff quidditch team.
