Backstory

"Gryffindor!" I heard the hat upon my head shout, and cheers of excitement lit up the whole entire hall. I couldn't help but giggle and laugh at that point, glad to be accepted, just for once. It had taken quite a while for the hat to stop mumbling about how I was good enough to be in Gryffindor or Hufflepuff, so a lot of Slytherins were chanting "hatstall" over and over.

Once I started my classes, I couldn't get enough of Transfiguration and DADA, But I absolutely hated Charms...

Though, that being said, my Father's favorites were the same as well. My mom was a muggle born Witch, and my father was halfblood, so a lot of "pureblood" wizards looked down on me for being "twice infected" with muggle blood. I hated them, but I learned to live with it.

I feel like my greatest strength is my bravery. Now, Bravery and Daring have two different meanings. Bravery, in my own words, is when you do something that no one will do but for the greater good. Daring is when you take up a task that no one is WANTING to do just for the hell of it. When I back down from a dare, it's not because I'm scared to do it, I just find the logical question of "Why should I do it when it'll either hurt me, scar me, or be unethical in any way shape or form in my situation?". It's that simple.

My Weakness.... I'm too compassionate and forgiving. A lot of times, my friends had done some stupid things that I didn't agree with and hurt me really bad, and I'll just forgive them and trust them. And no matter what, I can't say "no" when someone needs help. I long to do as much good as I can, and I think that comes from the need to be recognized and to have my footprint on the world.

I might be a little old, but I still take the schooling. It always helped me, and I could always learn something new. Nothing's ever the same in magic, there's always something new being learned and discovered by someone or something. It can be used in many different ways too! To help others, to further your own goals, to just use as a convenience? It's great!

But if I was honest with myself... All I want to do is travel the world and play my guitar, become a singer, a star... To be more than what I could ever dream of. And maybe that's why I keep on doing the schooling. To help myself become better.

And that's why I joined.
