Backstory

My name's Saoirse. My family's been keepin' dragons since I was a wee girl. My favorite dragon is an Antipodean Opaleye we've raised from an egg. Her name's Ronna, and she's a real beauty, she is! Anyway, my parents were both thrilled when I got my acceptance letter to Hogwarts. Better late then never, aye? I suppose the spells we've put around our land may have foiled a lot of owls. I'll be graduating a bit older than most do, but that's fine. I was never one for convention anyhow!
