Backstory

I had always taken myself for a shy, slightly odd and bookworm-y, but ultimately regular girl, with a penchant for nature and going barefoot (to the point of being known as 'the barefoot girl' around my hometown because I never wore shoes). Receiving my acceptance letter turned my life around in a rather hectic and skewed but all the more fitting way. Being raised as a nudist makes my parents almost by definition rather accepting of quirks and oddness, and after getting used to the idea of their daughter being a magician or, to be more accurate, after reaching a point of not having a minor panic attack due to the realisation that magic is a thing beyond skyclad rituals in the woods, they have warmed up to the idea of Hogwarts rather quickly. I'll be looking forward to investigating the Ravenclaw Tower's own library, roaming the castle grounds barefoot, and learning everything I can about the world I will reside in from now on!
