Backstory
The day I received my Hogwarts letter, I wasn't all that surprised. My family is pure-blood so I saw no reason as to why I wouldn't get one. My brother was the only one home with me when I got the letter, so showing my parents when they got home was interesting. My brother had already told me all about his first year at Hogwarts, so I was ecstatic that I would get to go with him next time. He's my best friend so I was super happy I'd get to go with him now! There wasn't a lot of celebrating or shocked faces, that's just not who my family is. Everyone was proud, but I was expected to get a letter so it wasn't that big of a deal. Going to Hogwarts is going to be amazing because now I'll get to make my own stories instead of listening to the one's Draco brings home!
