Backstory

My mum's a witch but my dad's a Muggle so I didn't know if I would have magical powers. Although, sometimes I could communicate with animals but I thought it would be more of an intuition thing. We moved to England now that my mum went to Hogwarts and she would like me to go there as well. My dad got a job there easily so we lived in the countryside. When I received my Hogwarts Letter that faithful day, I was a bit scared but I unboxed my mum's old textbooks and began reading. I read the letter of the school materials and I could use some of those books but still, I would have to go to Diagon Alley to get a wand. The coolest part of Diagon Alley was picking up my wand (apple tree, unicorn hair, 10.5 inches) and potions' materials.
