Backstory

Name: Chloe Rider

Eyes: Very light blue. Although if she's very angry or at the edge of hurting someone, they turn blood red.
Patronus: Eagle
Companion/pet: Sparrows. A lot of sparrows

Chloe was born with a mutation, which makes her eyes turn bloodred when angered, and sometimes makes her lose control.

Chloe was alone when she had just turned 1 year old. Her parents either left her or got killed. She doesn't know.
She was taken in by another family, the 'Braiths'.
The Braiths took Chloe in as one of their one, and she lived a happy life.
But not for long.
When she was 9 years old, the village she lived in got attack and destroyed by unkown creatures. No-one of her new family survived, expect her.
Ever since the attack on her village, Chloe has been swerving around the world, on her own.

Most of her understanding of magic was taught to her by private teachers, paid with whatever Chloe could steal.

When Chloe was 17 years old, she was arrested for 3 separate murders by the muggles, although set free because the judges lacked evidence.

This however got her in contact with the Ministry of Magic, and quite surprisingly, it got her a job there. She was going to be a Protector: a title giving to what basically are mercenaries with a good heart. The job consisted of: eliminating dangerous monsters and criminals, protecting innocent people (or probably protecting very rich people), and some random errands. Of course she needed way more skill for such a job than she already had, but the ministry promised to teach her everything she had to know. This was just free schooling in Chloe's eyes.

So she took the job, learned and learned. Until she was ready.
When she was, she felt invincible, with her heightened senses she was convinced no-one could surprise her.

She hunted down many criminals, leaving little of them left. This got her to rise in ranks within the Ministry. To a certain point.

Money and spells weren't the only reason she took the job, she used her time inside the ministry well: she eavesdropped every conversation she could and read every file she could find. She learned many things, many plots, many crimes. But she did not find what she was looking for: anything that might lead her to her true parents.

Until she overheard some men talking about one traitor named 'Alex Ryder'. It gave Chloe false hope. She failed to find Alex's file but did find another, belonging to a 'Amira Teevan'. Teevan's file was haunting, according to the file, she killed hundreds for business and even more for fun. Described as a vampiress, a monster,   and as a possible ally?
The ministry didn't intend on killing this monster, but on using her!

Chloe felt betrayed by the ministry, and wanted to continue the search for her family. So she did what was strictly forbidden: she contacted Teevan.

To her surprise Teevan seemed very... kind. At least to Chloe. At least for now.

She learned many things.. But the woman claimed Alex had no children.
So Chloe risked her life for a dead end.

But not for nothing, for she had gotten very interested in this woman, and they became some sort of friends.

When she returned to the ministry, she tried to access Teevan's file again. To help her. Instead, she found another file again. This one was of an event: the Failed Assassination Attempt on D.U.M.M #204. (Dangerous User of Magic with Mutatiom). This D.U.M.M. was no other than Chloe herself. The attack on her village all those years ago was orchestrated by ministry! Taken by blind rage she followed the man that led the operation home ( his name was mentioned in the file).

Inside the man's house Chloe interrogated the man about the attack. When he had nothing more to tell and added: "the world is better off without your kind", she slit his throat. And to her own disgust , she enjoyed watching the life ebb out of him.

She still works for the ministry, it's the only way she can eavesdrop without raising to mucb attention. But the guards and ministry workers seem to watch her every step.
She expects the ministry will soon consider her to be 'too dangerous to be kept live'  as well.

Abilities: Extremely heightened senses and vision, which makes her a fantastic marksman and a dead shot. Agile. Can turn invisible for a while, but when she does she can still be easily found using thermal optics.
Personality: Quiet has never spoken during her time at S.H.I.E.L.D. . She has proven to be able to stay calm during tough situations. It is expected Quiet has multiple traumas originating from her backstory, which could be a reason for why she doesn't speak. It was first believed she was mute, but S.H.I.E.L.D. employees have reported that they heard her hum, so it is more likely she simply refuses to speak for a reason. [WARNING] Nick Fury has stated that it is forbidden for Quiet to be alone. If she is wandering through cities or around S.H.I.E.L.D., he demanded she is always escorted and watched by a high-ranking S.H.I.E.L.D. member. It should not be forgotten that Quiet was 'made' by A.I.M. to kill the Avengers. Even though she appears to help S.H.I.E.L.D., especially with her traumatic background, he doesn't trust her to wander around here alone.
Backstory: Quiet was born in a small village in the Netherlands. When she was 6, the village was raided by a group of damgerous mercenaries and bandits who were fleeing from the Avengers. She was taken hostage together with 6 others and a small part of the group of mercenaries escaped from the Avengers using the 4 girls and 3 boys as hostages. Once the group had escaped to foreign countries, they sold Quiet and the others to A.I.M. .
The kids underwent years and years of training and a special kind of parasite-therapy, which was used to try to enhance the human host. All of the boys died because of the parasite treatment, but all of the girls managed to live through it. The girls were trained for a sole purpose; they were supposed to eliminate the high ranking S.H.I.E.L.D. 'heroes'. During a near successful assassination attempt on Steve Rodgers and Natasha Romanoff she was neutralized, captured and imprisoned by S.H.I.E.L.D.. She was first kept in maximum imprisonment where she underwent and resisted heavy interrogations. She never spoke a word, but because of her calmed attitude in her cell she was later, giving her abilities, assigned to help S.H.I.E.L.D. members with small tasks. Later she helped with bigger tasks until she was finally allowed (and forced) to help some Avengers.
