Backstory

(Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures)
I feel passionate about the rights that all magical creatures have and i want to enforce them and make them known to the wizarding community. I have grown up around these creatures and been taught that these creatures are not to be feared, as fear leads us to do things we may later regret, like almost executing a perfectly sane and harmless unless provoked hippogriff... (i'm not salty).
Too long have house elves been mistreated, too long have creatures such as hippogriffs and centaurs been restricted and misjudged by us and i believe it is essential that we correct our beliefs.
