Backstory

I'm a first year Ravenclaw and I still can't believe it! I was quite a hatstall; people seem to think I should be a Hufflepuff, but the sorting hat knows best. I'm extremely excited to finally begin classes! Everyone in my family is a Muggle, so receiving my Hogwarts letter was a crazy surprise! I hope having an all muggle family isn't going to make things tougher for me. I'm going to work very hard to make people happy and to appear normal to everyone, I don't want the muggle born label stuck on my forehead forever. Despite ending up as a Ravenclaw, I'm a total procrastinator. The wizarding world is so big and scary; I have no idea what I'll do once I finish school. Everything about magic is intriguing and fascinating; I just want to know everything there is to know. I have an owl named Carl; I didn't want to name him that but it was the only name he responds to. I also have a kitten named Muffin that I I bring with me everywhere. Carl is very stubborn and does what he wants, but in the end, he always listens to me. Muffin is the teeniest little kitten in the world and she is sweet and warm and loves cuddles. I'm a bit of a mess and I'm all over the place sometimes, but I'm a good listener and I'll help you with whatever; just don't interrupt my reading time.
