Backstory

(Younger Student) For my entire life I thought that magic was a thing of the imagination. I was told that everything had a logical explanation, and that science was always bound to be the answer. I believed the lies society fed me, too. Whenever something odd happened to me, I attempted to find a logical explanation. That is, until I turned eleven. That was when I received a letter telling me I had been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Making a rash decision, I left behind everything I knew and chose to attend. That being said, I was still more than a little surprised when the wall in the Leaky Cauldron opened to reveal Diagon Alley. I must admit, navigating was a slight challenge, as I went alone, but I managed to Purchase everything I needed. As I procrastinated, I boarded the Hogwarts Express only a few short days later. Regardless of being unprepared, I've learned what I can about what my life is to become, and I'm ready to start a new chapter.
