Backstory

Hello all! My name is Jay Reitz. That's pronounced Ritz, like the cracker. I'm an American transfer to hogwarts, since my father works globally for an american company and wanted me to go to the best wizarding school once we found out I had the ability. My mother was a squib in her family, and my uncle is a rather well known business-wizard in Pennsylvania. Once I made it to school it took a very long time for me to be sorted. I'm a bit of an anomaly, since technically I come from magic bloodlines, but my mother is nonmagical. I'm in the slytherin house (Go snakes!), I have a pet ball python named Alphonse, and I would like to be a magizoologist or a magiarchaeologist someday!
