Backstory

My name is Jyn Grayson. And I have absolutely no idea what to make of myself. When I had received my Hogwarts letter (which had occurred just recently by the way) I hadn't known whether or not to believe it. I'm sure you can guess how it was addressed.

I've always wanted to attend Hogwarts. I've talked about it for maybe the 225th time. (Now the 226th) It had seemed to that I was the only who believed that such a place had even existed ( the nerve of my family.) I bet that you've already guessed that I was born into a family of muggles. A lovely group of people who could not live further into reality. At least, not until recently. I suppose you can't call something "fictional" if the proof is sitting right in front of you. ("Fictional! Such a repulsive word.) I'm paralyzed with excitement about what such a place of magic and wonder can hold. I have already grown quite fond of the astronomy course. ( I just adore what lies above in the heavens!) I am also a devoted writer. ( I tend to speak in paragraphs.) You will most likely find lurking the library or wherever authors go to write. ( I may even have a few literary works up my sleeve.) I am truly excited to see what this opportunity has to offer. And I can only imagine the wonder that awaits me here.
