Well you only need the light when it's burning low Only miss the sun when it starts to snow Only know you love her when you let her go...

Backstory
I may be a new Graduate of Hogwarts (3 years ago) but I have already spent ten years studying spells, the unique bits of magic that we all use. Lingual histories, connections between the incantation and effect of a spell, that wonderful feeling when a spell is born. Of course, I had to get my license before I could get funding for my work, but that was more a formality than anything. Growing up with a muggle mother who was a seamstress and a Hogwarts Express driver for a father, my family played an important role in shaping who I am today. My father taught me to never be ashamed of who I am, and my mother taught me to always follow my dreams. When I failed Defense Against the Dark Arts and Charms in my second year of Hogwarts, my father called in to collect on a favor owed him and I had the privilege of working under professor Snape initially to just help break my educational barriers. Days and nights spent cleaning potion tables, scrubbing the floor of the potions lab and on rare occasions, working with him to make new potions (and in my 7th year, spells) served to spark an interest for potions and spells in me. When I graduated a couple years ago, it was with N.E.W.T.s in not only Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts, but Potions, Transfiguration, Ancient Studies and Ancient Runes as well. I started right out with an entry level curse breaking job at Gringotts. I have a lot of fun travelling for my work, and over the summer and holidays when I’m home in London I like to pay for professor Snape's help by tutoring Hogwarts students. I have a fascination with creating new spells and I'm currently working on a counter spell for the Obliviatus curse.
