Backstory

Growing up with a Squib father, a Witch mother, and five siblings, my family played an important role in shaping who I am today. My father taught me to never be ashamed of who I am, and my mother taught me to always follow my dreams. My parents were skeptical about if they should let me go to hogwarts so they decided that they weren't going to tell me about hogwarts and my destiny to go here. When I first got to muggle school I didn't think that I fit in there. I couldn't explain it, but it just felt wrong to be there. One day while my mom and dad and siblings were gone the mail dropped by; I hade always been allowed to open mail and to go through the mail. So I did just that. To my surprise I found a letter to me I was anxious to see who was writing to me and what they were writing about. I didn't get very much mail these days. I opened it very slowly and found the letter I read it and figured it out by myself that I was special. Later on after my mother found out that I saw the letter she explained it to me. I was really anxious to go to hogwarts. She told me all about the times that my mom and dad spent there. Then all of my siblings told me about their experiences. Most of my family was in Slytherin but some were in Ravenclaw. When I first came here I found out that I was in Slytherin. Along with my older sister Taylor. We were lucky enough that she is only a couple months older than me so we are both first years and we both are in the same dorm.
