Backstory

When I received my dripping Hogwarts Letter that rainy day, I didn’t know what it would mean. At first I thought it was just a joke! My older brother would sometimes play pranks on me, or blame me when weird stuff happened around the house. How was I supposed to know that regular pencils couldn’t write in all the colors of the rainbow? Anyway, my mother was going to go shopping in London anyway and she figured she would humor me. Boy, the look on her face when we stopped by the Barren Bulldog pub and the sign said “The Leaky Cauldron” instead! The innkeeper was a bit odd, but friendly man, and there were some people to help show us around. The hot chocolate was AMAZING! The coolest part of Diagon Alley was picking out my animal. I had always loved cats! Now I had one of my very own to bring with me to school! I can't wait for school to start! I hope I make some great friends.
