Backstory

When the time came for Careers Advice in my fifth year at Hogwarts, I was one of few people who had already decided on exactly what I wanted to do. Ever since my youngest age I have been fascinated in the subject of music, and the wizarding world has since shown me the spectacular effect that magic can have on it. In school I was in the choir and orchestra, and took any opportunity to get involved in wizarding music. When I graduated Hogwarts in 1996 I was invited to join the Wizarding Academy of Dramatic Arts as a performer. It was a truly magnificent offer and I couldn't help but say yes. So for just over 9 years I worked with the crowd at WADA, playing on over 23 different instruments and performing in a concert every Tuesday and Saturday night. Over that time I had the opportunity to play with fantastic musicians including Merton Graves and Herman Wintringham, respectively the cellist and lute player from the famous band 'The Weird Sisters'. Recently, in late 2005, I left the Wizarding Academy of Dramatic Arts in order to work as a composer for the British Wizarding Broadcasting Corporation. Ever since, I have officially been the first wizarding film and television composer to date.
