John Crouch

Backstory

Born into a Muggle family, John Crouch later learned that he had wizard blood within him when he received a letter one night through his bedroom window from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry explaining his heritage. Both his grandparents were witch and wizard that were at the top of their house at the time before their untimely death. It is unknown as to how they died, but Crouch will discover the mystery over time. With further explanation, his grandmother birthed his mother with his mother being unaware of the past. Further reading the letter, he was invited to Hogwarts. The next morning he notified his mother and father about the incident. His father was confused on the subject, his mother on the other hand, told him in secret that she was once a witch and convinced Crouch to go to Hogwarts and become a wizard to keep the family heritage going. Young Crouch went to Diagon Alley with his mother, a few gold galleons in pocket, and bought what was needed for his first year of Hogwarts. Upon arrival at Hogwarts, he was sorted into the Ravenclaw house, and therefore began his long and treacherous journey.
