Backstory

Having recently graduated, I've been studying spells, the unique bits of magic that we all use. Lingual histories, as I also feel a great passion for what muggles call 'linguistics', and connections between the incantation and effect of a spell, the way it's pronounced (it's 'LeviOsa, not LeviosA). It's a wonderful feeling when a spell is born. Of course, I had to get my license before I could get funding for my work, but that was more a formality than anything. I’m currently studying a set of ancient spellbooks in Spain, where I'm from, but I love traveling to foreign places to explore and do some research, uncover old spells and create new ones. I love this sense of the unknown, the excitement of meeting new cultures and learning about their spells. That's where my hidden Ravenclaw comes through, but I'm a proud Hufflepuff.
